Andre de Bortnowsky

Mr. de Bortnowsky is a managing partner of Green de Bortnowsky, LLP, a municipal law firm that has been in practice for over 30 years.  His firm represents cities, joint powers authorities, redevelopment agencies and other public entities.  His goal is to provide advice, guidance and protection for clients to perform their jobs in the most efficient and effective manner possible. 

Mr. de Bortnowsky performs a variety of functions to cover clients' needs.  His services include:

• City Attorney for the City of Victorville
• General Counsel to the Victorville Redevelopment Agency
• General Counsel to the Southern California Logistics Airport Authority, the Southern California Logistics Rail Authority and the Victor Valley Economic Development Authority
• Consulting services to the Guam Airport Authority
• Special Counsel to the Redevelopment Agencies of the Cities of Pomona and Beaumont
• Counsel and Consultant to the Los Angeles Community Redevelopment Agency 

Mr. de Bortnowsky has extensive experience in a wide range of practice areas which apply to public entities, including: the Brown Act, the Public Records Act, Political Reform Act, CEQA, Environmental law, Redevelopment law and Post-Redevelopment law, code amendment, risk management assessment, and contract negotiation.
