About me

My firm specializes in the resolution of disputes through negotiation, mediation/arbitration and/or litigation. I represent clients in state and federal court, including in the bankruptcy and probate courts, throughout the country. I also represent trustees, administrators, and beneficiaries in trust and estate administration, including trust and probate litigation, work with start-up companies, and counsel small business owners and trade associations on corporate matters.

I am admitted to practice in the state and federal courts of California, New York, Pennsylvania, and the District of Columbia; the Court of Appeals for the D.C., Second and Ninth Circuits; the U.S. Supreme Court; and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces.
