Steven Lee Rodriguez

Steven has been a civil litigator and trial lawyer since 1998. He is admitted to practice in all State and Federal courts within the State of California. He has successfully handled hundreds of cases involving commercial contractual disputes and personal injury litigation with values well in excess of $100 million throughout the California courts in Northern, Central and Southern California. Steven represents parties in commercial litigation (including licensing issues), personal injury (including orthopedic, spine and brain injuries), probate litigation, Anti-SLAPP matters, defamation (including industry disparagement), contractual disputes (breach of contract, arbitration-clause challenges, and commercial arbitrations), real estate matters (broker errors & omissions involving unique and historically significant land holdings), and consumer class action litigation (in both State and Federal Courts). Steven has successfully litigated and obtained favorable results for clients involving complicated contractual indemnity issues and other business disputes. He has tried serious personal injury and breach of contract cases to verdict in San Francisco, Van Nuys and downtown Los Angeles) and has litigated cases in over 20 different California counties and federal courts throughout the State. Steven has also tried cases in Santa Barbara and San Bernardino counties.
