I started the process two years prior... On my first consultation with Mr. Rodney Vosguanian I had a good feeling, he was very professional and concern about my financial situation and I decided to start the process for the filing of my bankruptcy with a very small deposit, and I left all my origin...al documents on that day. Do to a family emergency I had no choose but to postpone it... and I was out of the country for about two years, upon my return to the states, I contacted Mr. Vosguanian to get an update and to start the process all over again, to my surprise he still had all my documents on file... and started the process with using my original deposit from two years prior, did not increase the filing which was higher by now... He came to court with me on the day of my appearance...
