Jerry Lowell Webb

This lawyer basically lied to me all the way through. He took my discrimination/wrongful termination case and gave his word that he would take it to trial. He kept making me do work as though I were his assistant, writing up text that became his court documents, even though I'd given him my narrati...ve and plenty of information for him to do it. Finally, there was a medical component to it and he just decided in the last couple months leading up to trial that he did not wish to do research. He never deposed any of the principles involved on the defendants side. He never spoke to my doctors. He never read my medical notes as far as I could tell. He threw me under the bus and the case basically zeroed out, although my attorney friends thought it was worth mid-six figures for the damage done and the deception on the employer's part. I hope no one else goes through what I did having this person as my lawyer.
