Danielle H. Gotcher

I got to know Danielle through a close friend (who got her GC recently by the help of Danielle). I got excellent experience with her, she is very helpful and answered all my questions patiently and gave me the best advice. Excellent communication and she knows the in and out of the immigration rules/...laws. I have talked with some other immigration lawyers before but they cared more about the time left on the call and not so much about the concerns/questions I had. Danielle cleared so many doubts I had about the immigration laws and the process involved. I highly recommend Danielle Gotcher's immigration services to other people.

I started interacting with Danielle for my petitions with USCIS from 2014. I had a tough time with USCIS, which ended up with my petition denial. Danielle and GIP team members were not ready to give up the fight. We had a friendly fight with USCIS for over an year and in the end victory was OURS!!! T...his would not have been possible without Danielle and GIP. The way Danielle phrased everything to USCIS has helped me a lot to win this game. There is still a long way ahead and I believe Danielle / GIP will be there with all their support and experience. I would definitely recommend Danielle / GIP to others for immigration matters.

Although kind and responsive before we filed the petition, Danielle Gotcher caused our PERM case to be audited and denied. She seemed new to employment immigration and relied on her paralegal. We initially hired Ron Gotcher from this firm but got passed down to Danielle. Our case ultimately got denie...d because she omitted an addendum in the petition (which she admitted). The process overall was difficult and stressful. We were then handed off to Ron Gotcher who told us that he would re-file for us free of charge but he disappeared. Upon requesting a refund for lack of response and causing our case to be denied after 2 years of waiting, they refused, blaming the reason for denial on my lack of qualifications. Very bizarre as we had mailed and emailed them all evidence of my qualifications and we saw the original addendum that she prepared that was omitted which detailed my qualifications. If they claim I wasn not qualified, why even why did they even take on my case and file the petition and why would they offer to re-file it for free. They seemed dis-oriented and would not take responsibility, forgetting that they acknowledged the error at first. Other attorney's were eager to take our case and commented that it was a straight forward case for which I was more than qualified. We decided to forfeit the money paid and use another firm to re-file. I do not recommend Danielle or Ron Gotcher from Global Immigration Partners.
