Benson is fantastic to work with. Despite facing a harsh ruling on a case, he rewrote our whole appeal (which would have otherwise antagonized the board, thanks to subpar work by a previous attorney) to a great standard. While we have yet to find out the success of our appeal, I know that had we not ...found Benson and had him step in, it is more than likely that not only would our appeal have failed in a most spectacular manner, but that it would have damaged our relationship with the board even more.
