Mr Manoukian fight my enhanced DUI case (over 0.15 BAC level) which was actually pretty bad. I was speeding at a very high rate speed on the freeway (95mph). He managed to drop the speed offense and he reduced the aggravated DUI to a regular DUI. He was realistic from the beginning, he told me what... I could expect and that's what happened.
