He also possesses an uncanny ability to identify the issue at the heart of the case in order to find common ground to reach a fair resolution. He is patient, understanding, empathetic and polite. Mr. Alexander served on the panel of mediators in the LA County program that has since been eliminated due to budget cuts. He now offers his services for a very reasonably low flat rate, which makes him affordable and accessible to all litigants who need the guiding hand of a competent mediator. Mr. Alexander recently served in a case in which I was representing a party, which case had been previously ordered into mediation but we were unable to complete because the court ordered program was dismantled. Mr. Alexander accommodated the scheduling of our mediation on short notice, and was very helpful in bringing about an understanding that although the case did not settle moved us closer to a potential resolution."
