I was been wrongfully charged with a misdemeanor case against me. When my wife and I met with Sheida she was very reassuring to us knowing how to handle the case and all the processes involved. I unintentionally carried a loaded hand gun into the LAX TSA security screening area and the weapon was sub sequentially found in my carry on bag. I was arrested and charged with a felony. Sheida was able to quickly have the charge reduced to a misdemeanor before the arraignment. Sheida negotiated a... mitigation plan with the City Attorney and I pleaded guilty to one count of misdemeanor trespassing. The weapons charge was dismissed and I paid a small fine and have to serve community service. The record of misdemeanor trespassing is relative insignificant in contrast to the firearms charge.
