I have my i130 approved it says I have 2 options fill out i485 or i824. I have daca and entered w/o inspection.

Can i do change of status from H4 to J1 without leaving USA or do i need to go home country to do the change.

Well you should try to spend 6 months in every year in the Us if you knew you were going to spend more you should have obtained a re entry permit...

I hold a h1b copy which is valid till sep 2018.if I Goto India and travel back in h4 can I change d status to h1 at anytime.

Can I, apply EAD for my wife who is on H4. I have an approved I-140 from my previous employer with priority date of Nov 2008.
