Mary Kostanyan

Attorney Mary Kostanyan is a U.S. immigration attorney based in Los Angeles, CA and in Las Vegas, NV. She is the Founder and Managing Attorney of Kostanyan Law APC, a global immigration law firm with headquarter  office in Los Angeles, CA.

Mrs. Kostanyan is Armenian national and originally from Armenia. Mrs. Kostanya’s decision to study law goes back to the year of 1998.

At only fourteen Mrs. Kostanyan was admitted to a highly prestigious school of law at the Yerevan State University and graduated the Yerevan State University with Bachelor’s Degree in Jurisprudence, as the youngest graduate in the history of her law school, at eighteen.

Mrs. Kostanyan then earned her first American Master's Degree; LL.M at age of 20 from American University of Armenia. Then she continued her studies in Brussels, Belgium at Vrije University of Brussels, in a Program on International Legal Cooperation (PILC), Master’s Degree (LL.M.) in International and European Law. PILC program provided Mrs. Kostanyan not only with international outlook and solid basis in the knowledge of European and International Law, but also gave her an incredible opportunity to intern at European Court of Justice in Luxemburg and trainings at the European Commission in Brussels . During her studies in Brussels, Mrs. Kostanyan was helping pro bono indigent immigrants to prepare their asylum cases and apply for asylum in Belgium.

In 2009 Mrs. Kostanyan immigrated to the United States. She continued her education in the United States as well and graduted from Southwestern Law Schools Master’s Degree (LL.M) program in Los Angeles, CA. Her ultimate goal was to pass the California Bar Exam, and finally become a practicing attorney in the state of California. After passing the Bar Exam Mrs. Kostanyan immediately opened her own law firm incorporated as Kostanyan Law APC.

Licensed to practice in all 50 states, Mrs. Kostanyan practices mainly immigration law.
