I've been an advocate for working people my entire adult life; it is in my bones and close to my heart. That ongoing struggle has endured, even as it keeps changing with the times, and with the evolving culture and milieu. We need unions today more than we have for a long time, and my firm and I are devoted to the highest quality and most creative and heartfelt legal representation possible, for labor unions, trust funds and individual employees who are victims of wage theft and other employer malfeasance.
