Heather Michele Roth

I attended Hood College in Frederick, MD, earning an B.A. in French and English Literature with a minor in Journalism.  I went on to attend the University of Wyoming College of Law earning a J.D. with a specialization in criminal law.  I successfully argued an appellate matter before the Wyoming Supreme Court in February 2003.

I extended my education to Paris, France post-graduation, attending the Université de Paris I, la Sorbonne, earning an LL.M. in French and European Community Law.

I passed the California Bar Exam in July 2003, immediately after graduation, but due to my European detour, could not be sworn in until January 2005.

I speak fluent French and conversational Spanish.  I am also familiar with Italian and German.
