USICS gave me a ten year green card in 2006. I was married 8 days short of two years. They tell me I now have to file i751.

The USCIS erred in giving you the first card. This will be a hard fight. You definitely need an Attorney for this one.

No extension of the 30 day period. As for the rest, you need to rely on your attorney or find a new one to show all your papers to.

Your mom is married and needs to list the husband. If you are a USC then there is no waiting period only paper processing times.

It all depends on the circumstances of the case. She must have given you a clue at the end. They always do. Otherwise you would not have left her...
