You can only extend your visa outside the US.

If you have an EB-1 then it is current for November. You can file if you are eligible.

It will take several months through USCIS. Dud you have a passport? Just use that if you can.

I would file a motion to reopen if you can. Depends on the timing. Did you appeal? Did you have an attorney analyze this?
