You most like will use an H-1 for the accountant, come I to the US and apply for green cards. But it takes a while!

Your career choice is irrelevant. Anyone can be deported for various reasons. You are at the moment with Daca.

You might have to go to secondary but it should be ok. Have some information about it with you when you arrive.
