First need to have an attorney look at her j visa paperwork and see if she was supposed to go home for two years. Then if not process the papers....

You must have been in deportation proceedings before you got your green card. You should explain this. Ask what they want now. Show your natz...

No it is not OK. You need to fix it right away. Working on the B-2 is a big problem. You need to have it corrected immediately.
