If you believe you have issues with the 485 just stay on the H. Why would you have the employer pull it?

I will have to check those websites as L-2 s do require an EAD to work. She can explain and show the sites but in reality she should be denied. Yes...

Your husband has to file one. It if he does not have qualifying income your relative can be a joint sponsor.
