Not that will allow you to reenter to work - unless you marry a USC or something like that that gives you an EAD quite soon....

I would not do so as it is so confusing, but you could refile based on #2 and try to consolidate the two requests - withdrawing #1, etc.

It depends - if you find an immigration bonding company and you can put up property you can pay like 50% of the bond amount. They pay the rest. ...

Your husband can file the I-130, but everything else comes when he is a citizen and you are eligible to file your adjustment of status application....
