Get an attorney right away. You will have to bond him out and then try to petition him to stay here.

Don't expect them to accept it. Just get married and eliminate the problem. Further when you apply for a green card you can't expect usciscto still...

This is messy. Hire an attorney to help you. The petitions that are returned to USCIS take forever.
