Yes. Your husband is obligated to support him and so he will show as an additional person. He is a dependent. He will add to the household size.

You can use the b-1 fir now but as you are aware you can only get so far. But any other visa requires the company to also be at a certain level of...

No. You must meet the eligibility requirements and file if you are over 18 or perhaps your mom can file and you can be her derivative.

No. They will require an Ead that was approved. An I-94 alone is not enough.
