No. For citizenship purposes you broke your residence. You have to wane here four years and one day to apply.

You can do both at the same time. One stops at USCIS. The other moves the case to the appeal board.

An attirney can help you, but if you want to do it yourself take your marriage certificate to an info pass appointment and explain it to USCIS.
