Usually within six months. Sometimes much earlier - 2.5. It depends on your jurisdiction.

Pending Processing B1/B2 visa. It is more than 100 days and the status is still the same. They are in possession of passport.

Although they should have finished it, there is something they are looking at. If you push them at this point, you are apt to get a denial.

You can apply but you need to have an avenue. You either need a relative or an employer to sponsor you. See an attorney for options.

Either they are going to re-interview you for some reason - which is rare, or they erred. You can call customer service.

USCIS will deny - and you will have to properly refile. I had two clients do this without my knowledge last year - so problematic.
