I strongly regret hiring this attorney for my immigration case. Serious problems arose with the preparation and handling of my case, including my I-589, passport documentation, and travel history. These issues ultimately prevented my asylum claim from being considered on its merits. I formally fil...ed a complaint against this attorney with the California State Bar, which accepted the complaint for investigation. I also had to retain new counsel and file a Motion to Reopen based on the problems with my prior representation. In its order, the Immigration Court stated that it would reopen my proceedings “given the facts and evidence provided,” but could not do so because my appeal was already pending. Based on my documented experience, I would not recommend this attorney for immigration representation.
