Yingchao Xiao

Ms. Xiao is specialized in international trade law, U.S. Customs law, intellectual property law and U.S. business immigration law. Before founding Lee & Xiao, she worked for prestigious intellectual property law and international trade law firms. In her decades of law practice, she successfully represented over hundreds of domestic importers/distributors and overseas exporters/producers in their international trade law, US Cusstoms law, and intellectual property right protection matters. Specifically Ms. Xiao represented major manufacturers and exporters in their antidumping investigations and subsequent administrative reviews and appeals before the U.S. Court of International Trade and U.S. Court of Appeals. She prequently advises domestic and foreign investors and joint ventures in their investment and development in the U.S. where involves federal laws and regulations.  Ms. Xiao graduated from Cornell Law School and is licensed to practice in the District of Columbia, before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, the U.S. Court of International Trade and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Mr. Xiao is fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
