It's all about closing the deal negotiating ,that's what he does unless you want to keep fighting to the bitter end were the Lawyers will end up with all your money and you will walk away with nothing . Ted Fogliani is the worst atty. He represents my husband's ex. He is unreliable, extremely unknowledgeable regarding our case. He simply refuses to find the truth in this case. He only looks at the big pic she is telling him and refuses to look at the details of this case to be objective and fair.... Now that her money is running out, he has backed off from going and further with the case and we are now at a stand-still after 6 years of trying to get this case resolved!!!!!!!
