Amer Innabi

Amer Innabi, Esq., is Co-Counsel at Innabi Law Group, APC (iLG). He obtained his undergraduate degree form the University of California, Los Angeles and earned his law degree from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento. Amer has assisted in the recovery of several six and seven figure settlements while representing both individuals and small business owners against large corporate and governmental entities for over a decade as a litigator. Amer also handles matters relating to personal injury, employment and commercial litigation.


Prior to joining iLG in 2008, Amer served as in-house counsel for a claims administrator that specializes in the handling of high exposure product liability injury lawsuits throughout the world for various Japanese and American manufacturers and distributors. Amer has evaluated case exposure, set reserves, retained outside legal counsel, negotiated settlements, acted as a liaison between the insurer and insured, interpreted and evaluated insurance coverage for various types of policies, coordinated and facilitated litigation strategies, organized and performed investigations, and managed case budgets. In essence, Amer is strongly familiar in the inner workings of defense strategies and experienced in valuing various types of personal injury cases.
