My case was very special due to the its complexity but she kept on going even when everything seemed lost. She got me a bond to get me out of the detention center I had been in for three months in a short period of working as my lawyer. She went above and beyond to help me and I cannot be more thankful about her and the work she did for me and my case, and thanks to her diligent work she won my case and now I get to stay legally in this country. She is incredibly knowledgeable and well versed in immigration laws, she is thorough and ensures that her clients are completely prepared before they meet with immigration officials. Throughout our process, she made sure every detail was taken care of and nothing was overlooked. When we arrived in Guatemala for our interview, it became clear that we were beyond prepared, the immigration officer even commented on how much documentation we had and that we were ready with tax documents that many other people didn’t know would be required. We were comfortable during the interview and confident answering the questions they asked. We were a bit nervous going in, but because of the preparation with Brenda, it went smooth and was much easier than either of us had anticipated. There were a few follow-up things we had to do after the interview in order to obtain the final documentation.
