Sylvia V. Panosian

Sylvia Panosian is an attorney in the firm’s Los Angeles office where she represents clients all over California in labor and employment litigation matters in both state and federal courts. Sylvia Panosian practices plaintiff's employment law. Ms. Panosian is the founding attorney for Panosian Law. She handles all aspects of litigation, including trials and appeals. She has been litigating in the field of labor and employment since becoming an attorney in 2016, and has successfully resolved over 200 cases either through settlement or trial. Ms. Panosian secures favorable settlements for many of her clients, including a recent $2.5 million settlement in a single-Plaintiff case. Ms. Panosian has been selected as a Rising Star through Super Lawyers for 2020 – 2026 for employment law. Ms. Panosian graduated from the University of California, Berkeley, with a B.A. in Political Science and Rhetoric as a double major, and as a member of Phi Beta Kappa. She graduated with High Honors in general scholarship, honors in Rhetoric, and highest honors in Political Science. Ms. Panosian then attended the University of California, Irvine School of Law, and received her J.D. with high pro bono honors. In law school, she represented plaintiffs as a certified law student in property, housing, and habitability disputes. Her passion for employment law began in law school, where she was a certified law student for the Civil Rights Department (then referred to as the Department of Fair Employment and Housing) and conducted investigations for complainants.
