Lee J. Lam

Lee Lam is a real estate and business attorney with an emphasis on breach of contract, partnership disputes, breach of fiduciary duty, financial fraud, mechanic’s liens, and construction defect matters. She has broad litigation experience in federal and state court handling cases from inception through trial and appeal. She has drafted and argued dispositive motions, and has obtained favorable settlement results for her clients.

Ms. Lam attended the Hastings School of Law in San Francisco. While in law school, Ms. Lam served as law clerk at Bay Area Legal Aid for over a year, helping disabled clients obtain Social Security benefits. After her second year of law school, she gained international business experience working as an intern at the multinational law firm of King and Wood Mallesons in Hong Kong. She has also acted as the Symposium Editor for the Hastings Business Law Journal, and was a Board Member of the UC Hastings Negotiation & Mediation Team.

She is also fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and Chiu Chow.
