EXCELLENT SERVICE! Highly recommend Kristen.
Kristen did an amazing job in my custody case. My case went on for several years and she helped me navigate the complicated and emotional process wonderfully. My children and I were protected and her fees were so reasonable, especially compared to my ex-spouse's attorney!

Don't hire this Attorney
Although a sweet lady which makes it difficult to make this review but when your child's welfare is on the line you need a competent attorney. Kristen was meek and underprepared in court. She was extremely money focused, sending a bill almost weekly, making sure all fees were up to date before procee...

Replied last March 13, 2017I was surprised to read this review. My firm is always prepared for each and every case. I have been practicing almost 15 years and I have handled cases of all degrees of complexity. Our firm's retainer agreement which each client signs clearly states that billing statements are sent out monthly not weekly. As a courtesy to our clients at times we will send out a pre-bill if the case has ongoing litigation so that they can prepare. I pride myself on being empathetic and understanding with my clients as I understand that these are often difficult situations. Trial estimates are based upon time considerations and are fact specific to the issues of the particular case. I do not recall quoting a client $45,000 for trial. However any quote for estimated fees for trial are based upon preparation time, specific issues, and possible length of trial. We do not withhold client files. It is our standard procedure to return files upon completion of our services. Custody cases are highly fact specific. Without more information I cannot comment further about the merits of this particular case. I welcome this client to contact me privately to further discuss their concerns, because I want to ensure that all of my clients are satisfied.
