False Claim Crushed

I was hit for fees by a company that I did not fairly accrue. Speaking with them directly was a complete waste. I hired Gene to deal with them, and he went after them very aggressively. One of my favorite attributes in a lawyer. He did a great job and I will refer him to others and use him again....

Excellent experience

When I first began working with Eugene, I had just moved to Pasadena after living and working in northern California for 7-8 years. The office practice I had failed, and I faced what in my opinion was a very difficult situation that involved settling various lease agreements with four different part...ies that included my former landlord, and three banks. Dealing with these parties by myself was one of the most stressful experiences I have been through, and it consumed most of the business day to such an extent, that it interfered with my ability to carry out my normal career responsibilities. As soon as Eugene took over, it felt like I could breathe again. He was very professional and pragmatic focusing on the issues. He specifically did not give me any high hopes or try to predict an outcome. Instead, he dealt with all issues one by one until everything was settled in a way that far exceeded my expectations. His fees are very reasonable, and his office staff is very available and competent.

He saved my home

I was several months behind, owing over $10,000 with my lender, facing a sale date just a month away. My friends told me not to use a lawyer, but to deal with the lender directly. I felt I could trust him, and had already tried to do this on my own, so I went ahead anyway, even over the objections of... my family. Two months later I am current and he decreased my payment over $770 a month. Two of my family members are now signed up.

The law office of eugene Alkana. I paid them 3K for a loan a modification and now I am 26K behind. I am now dealing directly with the loan company. I found out the only service done by Attorney alkana was reqesting a status and I paid 3K for this? Run when you hear this name. You can do it your...self. Call your loan company to find the truth.
