Eric H Lin

Eric H. Lin is an Associate with Richardson Harman Ober PC. He focuses on homeowner association and real estate law, as well as providing general counsel for common interest developments throughout Southern California. He has successfully represented individuals in civil disputes, including breach of contract and elder abuse claims.

Mr. Lin serves on the 2014 Board of Directors for the Chinese American Real Estate Professionals Association and is a member of the State Bar of California, San Diego Bar Association and the San Fernando Valley Bar Association.

Prior to joining Richardson Harman Ober, Mr. Lin served as a Law Clerk and was an award-winning member of the San Diego Volunteer Labor Program. He earned his Juris Doctor degree from the California Western School of Law, and his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with an emphasis on International Relations from the University of California at San Diego.

Mr. Lin is the recipient of several public interest awards, including the Wiley W. Manuel Award and the Pro Bono Honors Society Award.

Born in Taiwan and raised in San Marino, California, Mr. Lin is conversant in Mandarin Chinese.
