Hired Rasmussen to protect my property before Notice of Default was filed in Jan 2025 and to file a complaint against mortgage servicer & HUD. He knew that the NOD/NTS was recorded and did NOTHING! My home of 30 yrs was sold. The same day he filed the complaint but the complaint is nothing but misinf...ormation and made up lies. He did nothing else and then I was served with eviction and unlawful detainer. He responded to the UD again nothing but misinformation as I found out at trial that he had hired some old man last minute to represent me that had NO idea what was going on. As the judge was reading the response out loud with the judge pointing out that all the wrong boxes were checked, area's that needed to be filled out weren't and Rasmussen checked a box that said I was the renter paying rent. WTF? I lost my home. Charged me about $15k to do exactly the opposite of what I hired him to do. The guy is a scammer! He has 2 cronies working for him that do this tag team conference calls trying to manipulate you into wrong decisions. I strongly believe he is getting kick backs for servicers to bury people that have cases against them. He is bad news!
