Consult with an immigration attorney right away. The USCIS can easily deny a change of status to F-01 application.

You are prima facie eligible to adjust status if you were lawfully admitted to the US and are married to a US Citizen.

It means "Current."
Under Vawa, do I qualify for housing Section 8 program , I have a voucher for my son is a US citizen and they only pay for him.
