60-90 days is a good general timeline on a non-premium processing case. Allow for two more weeks and follow up with the employer's attorney.
Are there any credential evaluation agencies approved by USCIS?

There are many acceptable credential evaluation organizations in the US. Your petitioner's attorney should be familiar with at least 3 or 4 of them.
