In TN status, a person is permitted to also study in the US.

If you are paid only by the firm in Canada and actually working for that firm, not for the US company, it is possible.

Any such required stamp should not affect your eligibility for a visa to the United States, as far as the US is concerned.

You would need to file an I-212, Application for Admission within the 20-year period. Note that you may also face a 10-year bar if you attempted...
