It is possible, but you may a problem with maintenance of status.

I applied for EAD, AP & 485 together. For 485 the status is Decision but for EAD & AP it is till in Initial Review.

You can divorce from your wife, but the USCIS can question the bona fides of the marriage later. You should consult with an attorney.

Yes, you can file a petition on behalf of your sister and her family, however, there is a wait of perhaps 10 years before a visa becomes available...
