The denial of your previous I-485 will not necessarily have any bearing on your DACA application, depending on the reason the I-485 was denied.

You are out of status as of May 12, 2014. If a new H-1B is filed and somehow approved for you, you would have to apply from outside the US.

If you are the parent of a US Citizen and can prove your previous legal admission, you would not need Section 245(i) to adjust status in the US.
