It should not affect your visas, since you are both entitled to the visa you acquired and marriage is immaterial to that status.

It is possible, but there is a significant USCBP presence at most major airports, so your status could be an issue.

No, there is no reason you could not file for a change of status from H-4 to H-1B in that time frame.
