If you leave the US as intended, you would be abandoning any pending application for change of status. O-1 is not filed on Form I-539.

No, she is not eligible for automatic citizenship base don your citizenship, however, she may acquire citizenship when her mother naturalizes.

If you have properly filed a request for a change of status, you can remain in the US until the application is adjudicated.
