Duplicate post. Also, be wary that the Consul may question you fiancee's actual intent when applying for the tourist visa previously.

Most likely, the Consul will not allow you to participate in the interview.

You can file a Form N-565 to obtain a replacement naturalization certificate with the USCIS.

The choice is yours. Just be prepared to show documentation to establish the name change of your name in your passport is different.
