My green card expired while outside the U.S. and I am still abroad. I was not able to renew it. Can I still enter the U.S?

You must be able to explain that you unintentionally remained outside the US for a longer time than intended to be issued a returning resident visa.

Your wife will need to present evidence of your relationship and maintenance of F-1 status.

Unpaid tickets can become warrants which can result in arrests. Ignoring a ticket is unwise.

Yes, your brother can hire an attorney to assist him and your parents in the adjustment of status process.

You should be eligible for extensions beyond the 6th year if a PERM has been pending for at least one year at the time the current I-94 expires.
