I -140 receipt shows EB2 labor filling date as priority date in porting process. But it supposed to show my EB2 Priority date

When the employer filed the I-140 under EB-2, it should have requested assignment of the earlier priority date.

You have to avoid arriving as a visitor (B-1?) marrying right away and filing for adjustment of status. Consult with an immigration attorney.
