The USCIS is asking for your actual "residence," not where you receive mail.
Do Big 4 accounting/management consulting firms (KPMG, E&Y etc.) withdraw I-140 petitions when employee leaves on good terms ?

Speak to the DSO at your school. Even with TPS, the school may require a full load to maintain your SEVIS.
