I would recommend waiting until you receive the notice before worrying about what is probably normal processing of the correction request.

I am on OPT and I have to apply for STEM extension by November. However, my employer is refusing to do E-verification.

The employer must register in eVerify in order to obtain the STEM extension. You may want to consider finding a new employer.

CIS will likely extend the TPS program for Haitians during the last 90 days of the current period.

It should mean that USCIS is preparing to adjudicate the case, but you can never be sure without following up.
