A green card holder may apply for a reentry permit, but would also need a valid passport to travel.

You will be in violation of your F-1 status, however, you will be in a period of "authorized stay" in the US.

Probably not, but a conviction could certainly affect your asylum case.

You must file a form AR-11 with the USCIS and request that the USCIS in the new location order the file. This could delay the case, but should not...
