I am the immediate past editor of "The Specialist," the scholarly journal of the Association of Certified Family Law Specialists. I give talks to Bar associations, Paralegal programs and Parent groups on a range of family law and evidence issues including psychotherapist privilege, evidence, move-aways, child interviewing, parenting responsibilities, and ethical financial litigation.
