Worst lawyer ever

The way Brian practices law is very interesting. He doesn't say much, he doesn't give you a strategy, in fact, he gives a last-minute consultation 40 mins before the court is in session to remind himself of the facts related to the case, but wait, it gets even better from there: he makes you feel lik...e a criminal for chiming in on the case and crushes you with his legal prowess even though his lack of response is the reason why anyone would feel the need to chime in at all. When you hire him, make sure you understand that he is the boss, you are the servant: you are to be told off, laughed at, condescended upon and bullied while he pockets your money. Once you get that right, you'll be happy with his practice. Then of course, after you get used to the abuse and agitation, there's still a massive bill to top it all off. If you are not a masochist millionaire looking for humiliation and devaluation, I suggest you find yourself a real lawyer. This lawyer charged me more for 2 months of occasional work than what my next lawyer charged for 2 years of outstanding advising, strategizing, litigating and agreement drafting. This guy is a heartless bloodsucker. If I had the time I would sue him so that fewer people have to suffer in the future. STAY AWAY!!!

Didn't seem to be that invested in my case.

Felt like I had to repeat myself a lot to Mr. Baker -- and that even with that, things were kind of rushed before we went to court. In court, the other attorney seemed far more prepared and interested in the case. I feel like my case might have had a different outcome, had we gone into court with mor...e explicit requests and a lot more documented concerns. As it was, it felt like a very costly process that could have resulted in the same outcome had I done it on my own.

Professional, competennt and genuine.

Brian represented me in my divorce. He methodically built a defense case and confidently presently it. Although I was being sued for a considerable sum, Brian was able to factually demonstrate that nothing was owed by me and that the other party was in fact liable. Throughout the process Brian was... professional, while also providing assurance, understanding and sympathy during a stressful time.

Brian represented us in a case against AT&T. We won, and he's very good. Sees through complex issues well.
